What counts as a user?
Each person you give a login — owners, managers, auditors and viewers. You're billed for the number of members on your account; add or remove people any time and your bill adjusts automatically (prorated).
How does the annual offer work?
Pay 12 months upfront and the first user is £29/month instead of £39/month — that's £120 a year saved. Additional users stay at £9/month (billed as £108 a year each). Users you add mid-year are prorated to your renewal date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free when you first subscribe. You can cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing screen. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
